Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is the time between placing your order and when it is handed off to the carrier. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges are estimated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service. Actual shipping cost may be lower than displayed as estimates are calculated conservatively to avoid undercharging. Once your order is packed and weighed, we adjust the shipping charge to the actual cost and refund any difference automatically. Estimated transit times shown at checkout begin after the order ships.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours of receiving your confirmation, contact us and we'll look into it.

Address changes

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If you need to make a change, contact support@creaturefabrics.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Undeliverable / returned-to-sender packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to collect, we can either reship it for an additional shipping fee or issue a refund for the order minus the original shipping charges.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us. We can assist with filing a claim, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

International shipping, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees. These are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout. We are not able to estimate or prepay these charges on your behalf, as they vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority.
