Return window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uncut, and in the same condition it was received. It must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging that prevents damage in transit. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

Contact us at support@creaturefabrics.com with your order number to request a return. If approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. For returns due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages, defects, and wrong items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue. Please note that some creasing may occur during shipping due to the nature of faux fur; this is normal and not considered a defect.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Sample swatches, B-stock and C-stock items (sold as-is with known imperfections), and items marked as final sale.

Cut-to-order yardage

Cut-to-order yardage is returnable provided it meets the eligibility requirements above.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account. Duties, taxes, and import fees are not refundable, as these are collected by third parties outside of our control. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@creaturefabrics.com.

European Union (14-day right of withdrawal)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason without justification. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in original or equivalent protective packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
